Match year, make, model, trim, photos, location, and stated mileage.

Ask whose name is on the title, whether a lien exists, and whether the title has a brand.

Compare the current odometer with service, title, registration, and report records.

Write down explanations for ownership, repairs, damage, and the reason for selling.

Use the report to form questions, not to replace a test drive or independent inspection.
